Liu Zhiqiang expressed warm congratulations on the establishment of the Association. At the meeting, the report on the preparatory work of the Association was read out, the election method, board system and secretariat system of the Association were reviewed and approved, the articles of association, membership fee standard and financial management method were adopted by secret ballot, and the first board members and supervisors were elected. The meeting elected Wuhan Kexun Zhian Technology Co., Ltd. as the first president unit, and Zhan Jianbo, the chairman of Wuhan Kexun Zhian Technology Co., Ltd., was elected as the first president of the association. Five units, including Hubei Digital Travel Group Co., Ltd., were elected as vice presidents, and Ms. Ren Ting was elected as the secretary general of the association to preside over the daily work of the association. At the same time, Bo Du, Dean of Computer College of Wuhan University, was elected as honorary president of the Association, and 12 university experts and industry representatives, including Zhang Jinsong, Dean of School of Management of South-Central University for Nationalities, Professor Juck Zhang of Tsinghua University Network Research Institute and Cai Xiantao, Professor of Computer College of Wuhan University, were appointed as expert consultants of the Association.
Zhan Jianbo, the chairman of Wuhan Kexun Zhian Technology Co., Ltd., spoke as the newly elected president and explained the original intention of the association and its service purpose. He pointed out that the current year is the beginning and the year of reconstruction, hoping to seize the new opportunities of comprehensive digital transformation, persist in innovation and empowerment, and promote in-depth exchanges among members of the association and formulate industry standards through unity.
It is understood that the association is jointly sponsored by many enterprises and institutions in the province, including Kexun Zhian. The association aims to conform to the development trend of digital content innovation, seize the new opportunities of digital transformation, persist in innovation and empowerment, effectively integrate intellectual resources, government policy resources, social capital resources and industrial scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, build an industry exchange platform, establish a collaborative mechanism in colleges and universities, create a good industrial development environment, promote the integration of technology and industry, the integration of Industry-University-Research, the creation of standard systems, and the construction of innovative formats.
